Frequently Asked Questions About the Northstar Lincoln and Continental Owners Club.

 Who may join?

We welcome anyone who has an interest in Lincoln automobiles of any age, from the newest to the oldest.  Ownership of a Lincoln is not a club requirement, merely an interest in the possible ownership.  Perhaps we can help you find the Lincoln of your dreams.

Why should I join?

If you are interested in the acquisition, restoration, preservation, or just like talking about fine Lincolns of any age, this is the club for you.  Our membership includes owners of all ages, who own Lincolns from every decade of production.

How much are the dues?

Dues are set by the board of directors, and they are $20 per year.  The membership year runs from February through January.

How often does the club hold meetings?

The club board of directors holds monthly meetings every month throughout the year, with the exception of the month of December.

Where are the meetings held?

Board meetings are held at Culvers Restaurant, in St. Paul , on the frontage road,North side of Highway 94, at Ruth Street, at 7:00 PM on the 1st Thursday of each month (except December).

Who may attend?

All club members are invited to attend the board meetings.  Club business is discussed and plans are made for the future direction of the Club, including events for members and their families.

What kinds of activities are available for club members?

We try to have events of interest for all of our members.  During the non-driving season, we often have brunches which are popular with everyone.  We are a family oriented club and try to feature events of interest to all.  Nice weather brings short driving tours, the annual all Lincoln car show at Whitaker Lincoln-Mercury which is held in May.  In September, we have our annual picnic, which is free to the membership.  Our events calendar is published monthly in our Newsletter, the Northstar News, which is sent to the membership.  The calendar is also on our web site.  We frequently participate in events of other clubs, including the Classic Car Club of America.

Can I get help?

Our membership owns a wide variety of Lincolns from the 1920’s through the current models.  Many of our members have restored their fine automobiles to a state of near perfection, both in appearance and mechanically.  Most will gladly share their experience in restoring and maintaining their Lincolns with new members.  Join today and benefit from this pool of great talent.
